    MS, CHC, AFMCP

    Ellen White is a functional nutritionist with a focus on nutrigenomics and microbiome health, grounded in the belief that true health originates from within. Holding an MS in Human Nutrition and certified by the Institute for Functional Medicine, Ellen leverages over 25 years of coaching experience to provide personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations based on individual genetic profiles. Her approach is evidence-based, emphasizing the uniqueness of each person's biochemistry to develop tailored health protocols. Ellen's expertise in understanding the intricate relationship between genetics, diet, and the microbiome enables her to guide her clients towards achieving their health goals with strategies that reflect their individuality, supporting their journey to optimal wellness.

    In her free time, Ellen loves spending time with her kids and grandkids, reading, traveling, spending time outside gardening, and culturing and fermenting just about anything she can get her hands on!

    Integrative Nutrition CHC


    Tasha is an integrative nutrition health coach dedicated to guiding individuals on their health journey by addressing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. Her passion for stress management stems from recognizing the profound impact that chronic stress can have on overall health and well-being. Through mindfulness techniques, relaxation exercises, and lifestyle modifications, she seeks to empower clients to effectively manage stress and cultivate resilience in the face of life's challenges.

    Tasha holds both health coaching and gut health certifications from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, as well as a clinical certification for stress, anxiety and emotional regulation from Heart Math. She is currently a havening techniques practitioner student and is certified in nutrigenomics testing.

    Administrative Assistant

    Abigail strives to ensure smooth operations within Genomic Wellness. Her attention to detail ensures that every aspect of administrative support is executed with precision and care. As a nutrition student at Tarleton University she has a strong foundation and passion for health that complements her role at Genomic Wellness.

    Outside of work and academics, you'll often find her on the tennis courts, going on walks, or hanging with friends!
